Check Profiles & Reviews

Before renting, review the other person's profile. Look for verification badges, completed rentals, and positive reviews. A complete profile with history is a good sign.

For pickup and return, choose well-lit public locations like malls, cafes, or busy streets. Avoid isolated areas, especially for first-time meetings.

Document Item Condition

Take photos and videos of the item at pickup and return. Note any existing damage. This protects both parties if there's a dispute later.

Keep Communication In-App

Use Rentgara's messaging for all conversations. This creates a record and helps our team if you need support. Avoid sharing personal phone numbers initially.

Never Pay Outside the Platform

All payments should go through Rentgara. If someone asks you to pay directly via eSewa, Khalti, or cash — that's a red flag. You won't be protected.

If something feels off — a deal too good to be true, pressure to act fast, or unusual requests — trust your gut. Cancel the rental and report to us.
